Jason is a certified fitness instructor, specializing in cycling and kickboxing. Before becoming a fitness instructor, he was a member of DePaul’s Track and Field team. As a member of the Blue Demons, he broke the men’s indoor long jump record and the 4×100 meter relay. “Cardio is a great way to have fun and state in shape. Cycling and kickboxing have allowed me to tap into my love of competition, and allow others to do the same”.
